Solo quieren una oportunidad de demostrar a la sociedad que son las mismas personas de antes, solo que ahora tienen nombres de mujeres. Contaron experiencias e informes de lo realizado. Cenaron en nueva Sede.

La noche era cálida y la comunidad trans se congregaba en su nueva casa, ganada en un concurso internacional en que el proyecto de acogida y desarrollo para los suyos triunfó. Aquí, en Córdova 325 y Padre Aguirre, donde funciona Silueta X, fundación que agremia a todas las chicas que han dejado atrás su pasado gay, ahora reconocidas por la constitución como mujeres sin ser operadas, se celebró su cena anual en recordación a las fiestas navideñas.

La presidenta de esta fundación, Diane Rodríguez, dio la bienvenida a las concurrentes para la segunda cena navideña, donde se recordó lo importante de la fecha, en la cual quieren recalcar su lucha porque la sociedad las acepte con sus derechos y como seres humanos productivos y no dañinos.

Cada una de ellas contó sus experiencias y superaciones en el diario vivir. Luego de haber participado de una agradable tertulia, se dio paso a un show de baile y posteriormente a la cena de hermandad trans.

Diane, la portavoz de este grupo, indicó que la lucha es dura debido a que “la sociedad aún no nos abre las puertas”. Comentó que la llamaron de una empresa cuando dejó su currículum, después de que superó todas las pruebas. Al realizarle la entrevista definitiva, se dieron cuenta de que era transgénero y lo hicieron a un lado, pese a que en su cédula tiene nombre de mujer.

Diane hace poco pudo constar con el sexo femenino en el Registro Civil y estima que la labor será larga, pero que su fundación Silueta X sigue preparándose para resistir y mostrar al mundo que ellas solo cambiaron de sexo y nada más. Así, con sentimientos encontrados, la comunidad trans recordaba que la Navidad sí existe y que Dios acoge a todos sin distinción alguna. La noche terminó en paz y las chicas de Silueta X terminaron su actividad más hermanadas que antes.
