CARTA ABIERTA A LA CIUDADANÌA

LA HOMOFOBIA DE CARLOS VERA

Las Instituciones  abajo firmantes, con profunda tristeza y a la vez indignación, hemos escuchado las DECLARACIONES HOMOFÒBICAS del ex periodista  y actual candidato a la Asamblea Nacional  CARLOS VERA en las que, al atacar a ciertos adversarios políticos, califica a nuestra comunidad GLBT de “INVERTIDOS”, que “Patean con las dos piernas”, y hasta usa palabras  procaces y vulgares  como : “Yo no le hago a la mariconada” etc. Expresiones vertidas en Radio Morena en su noticiero matinal del  pasado 7 de Enero.

Queremos manifestarle públicamente  a él y otros candidatos HOMOFÒBICOS, que ahora contamos con una Constitución garantista de nuestros derechos, que ya pasó la época en que cualquiera, haciendo gala de su machismo retrógrado nos insultaba en los medios de comunicación social.

Debemos todos y todas recordar que en forma clara el Consejo Nacional Electoral, ha advertido públicamente  sanciones drásticas para quienes usen la plataforma electoral para denigrar e incitar al odio con el pretexto de la contienda electoral y la descalificación de sus adversarios políticos.

La ciencia médica  señala que  detrás  de los homofóbicos existe una personalidad  potencial o explicita de homosexualidad frustrada, y en específico en el caso del Sr. Vera conocemos que en su pasado existieron acontecimientos  que NO  van precisamente  en la línea sexual, que él predica  a los cuatro vientos.

Conocedores de nuestros derechos  haremos prevalecer  las normas constitucionales  y jurídicas vigentes acudiendo a las instancias respectivas, para ERRADICAR  DEFINITIVAMENTE LA HOMOFOBIA   DEL DISCURSO POLÌTICO EN NUESTRO PAIS.

POR UN PAIS INCLUYENTE Y RESPETUOSO DE LOS DERECHOS DE TODOS Y TODAS.

OPEN LETTER TO THE CITIZENS

CARLOS VERA homophobia

The undersigned institutions with deep sadness and outrage after, we heard the homophobic statements of former journalist and current candidate for the National Assembly in which CARLOS VERA by attacking certain political opponents, calls our GLBT community «inverted» , that «they kick with both feet», and even lewd and vulgar uses words like, «I do not do the mariconada» etc. Statements made in Morena Radio’s morning news in last January 7.

We want to publicly express his homophobic and other candidates, we now have a Constitution guarantor of our rights, it is past the time when anyone, displaying his machismo retrograde insulted us in social media.

We must remember that everyone clearly the National Electoral Council, has publicly warned drastic penalties for those who use the electoral platform to denigrate and inciting hatred on the grounds of the race and the disqualification of his political opponents.

Medical science says that behind there is a potential personality homophobic or frustrated explicit homosexuality, and specifically in the case of Mr. Vera know that in his past there are events not just in the sexual line, he preaches to the four winds.

Knowing our rights will prevail constitutional and legal standards applicable to the respective instances going to eradicate the homophobia of political discourse in our country.
