Denuncia por Maltrato a chico Gay

 La Asociación Silueta X, organización de bases comunitarias sin fines de lucro constituida legalmente el 12 de mayo del 2010 y miembro del Observatorio GLBTI del Ecuador, pone en su conocimiento la presente “Denuncia”, presentada en nuestras instalaciones. Solicitamos, gentilmente se le dé el proceso adecuado ante un posible acto de estigma o discriminación en derechos humanos.

 Yo, GERSON MARLON GARCIA UBE,  con cédula #093045114-1, de ciudadanía ecuatoriana, denuncio:

 HECHOS

 Ocurre que el día de hoy miércoles 12 de Junio del 2013, yo llegue a mi casa ya que había pasado dos días en casa de una tía, y me encuentro con la novedad de que le había pegado a mi hermana, por una discusión que había tenido con mi mamá, en ese momento empecé sacar las cosas de mi maleta y a los 15 minutos llega el y abrió la puerta y entro al cuarto y me estaba reclamando que donde estaba, y le estaba explicando que me había quedado 2 días donde  mi tía ayudándole en unos trabajos y fui a tinturarle el cabello a una señora inquilina que vive en la casa de mi tía y de ahí me dijo que por qué no había llamado a lo que yo le explique que mi teléfono está dañado y que los números que había anotado se habían perdido de ahí el empezó a insultarme porque se encontraba con unos tragos encima y de ahí le volví a explicar en donde me había encontrado esos 2 días y lo que estaba haciendo, en este momento me di la vuelta dándole la espalda para coger mis cuadernos porque tenía que hacer una investigación y de ahí el me dio un pataso y empieza a agredirme y me hizo caer en el cesto de mi ropa y me levante y lo empuje  y él se me abalanzo a pegarme y diciéndome que la vida que llevo no está bien que soy un maricon, y que él se haría a portar más desgraciado conmigo y que lo que me había hecho era muy poco y que no le importaría ir a la cárcel porque en cualquier momento saldría y de nuevo me buscara y me maltratara y que no le importa irse a la cárcel y de ahí vino mi mamá a defenderme a lo que mi papá le dijo que se vaya que me iba a seguir pegando, y cuando él me iba a dar un puñete le salió pegando a mi mamá y de ahí me cogió y me tiro de la cama al piso y me pegue en la cabeza con la cómoda, me dio otro pataso, y a lo que se me abalanzo y le respondí a los golpes y le mordí el dedo y me pegaba en la cabeza para que me soltara y lo solté y se acabó la pelea y me seguía insultando diciéndome que me vaya y que desde este momento iba a conocer el infierno al decirle que yo soy ateo.

En este caso solicito a la Fiscalia General del estado, se haga presente ante este acto de violencia física, verbal y discriminación que he venido sufriendo día a día en mi hogar por parte de mi progenitor debido a mi orientación sexual, teniendo en cuenta que el debe saber que existen leyes y derechos que me amparan tales como el Art. 11 Inc. 2. Solicito gentilmente se encierre al señor  CESAR AUGUSTO GARCÍA QUINTERO  para evitar que me siga agrediendo a mí, a mi hermanos  y a mi mama,  así mismo se me conceda  una boleta de auxilio en el caso de que saliera libre el señor CESAR AUGUSTO GARCÍA QUINTERO.

Complaint for Battered Gay Men

X Silhouette Association, community-based organization nonprofit legally established on May 12, 2010 and member of GLBTI Observatory of Ecuador, wishes to inform this «Complaint» filed in our facilities. We request you kindly give the proper process to a possible act of stigma or discrimination in human rights.

I, GERSON MARLON GARCÍA UBE , holder # 093045114-1, Ecuadorian citizenship, denounced:

FACTS:

It happens that today, Wednesday, June 12, 2013, I arrived at my house and he spent two days at the home of an aunt, and I find the news that he had hit my sister, for a discussion that had had with my mom, then I began to take things out of my suitcase and arrive 15 minutes and opened the door and entered the room and I was claiming that where I was, and I was explaining that I had been two days where my aunt helping in some work and went to the hair tinturarle a lady tenant who lives in the house of my aunt and then I said why I had not called me to explain that my phone is damaged and that numbers had noted there had been lost because he started insulting me over drinks was over and then I turned to explain where I had found these two days and what I was doing, at this time I turned around with his back to catch my notebooks because I had to do some research and hence gave me a pataso and start assaulting and made me fall into the basket of my clothes and got up and pushed him and he lunged at me hitting me and telling me the life I lead not well I’m a fagot, and that he would be more miserable to bear with me and what I had done was very little and would not mind going to jail because at any moment and again would find me and mistreat me and who does not mind going to jail and then my mom came to defend what my dad told him that I would go further beating, and when he was going to give him a punch hitting my mom came and picked me up and then throw me the bed to the floor and hit me in the head with the dresser, I took another pataso, and what I lunged and I said to shock and bit my finger and hit me in the head to let me go and I let go and it was over and I was cursing telling me to go and that from this time would know the hell to say that I am an atheist.

In this case ask the Attorney General of the state, is made present before this act of physical violence, verbal and discrimination have been suffering every day in my home by my parent because of my sexual orientation, considering that the should know that there are laws and rights that I Amparan such as Section 11 Inc. 2. Graciously request enclosing Mr. CESAR AUGUSTO GARCÍA QUINTERO to avoid assaulting me follow me, my brothers and my mother, also a ballot if granted relief in the case of free out Mr. CESAR AUGUSTO GARCIA QUINTERO.
