GENOCIDIO GLBTI
La Asociación Silueta X y sus integrantes, rechazan enérgicamente los sucesos ocurridos recientemente en diferentes países a nivel Mundial. Ante la mirada atónita de quienes conformamos la sociedad civil, resulta impermisible los actos ocurridos, y que prácticamente se están convirtiendo en un proceso genocida, en algunos de ellos.
Guatemala: Hace unos días, dos integrantes de la Organización Los Amigos de Santiago Atitlán – OLAS, un grupo de base comunitaria gay y trans de Santiago Atitlán, en el departamento de Sololá, Guatemala, fueron agredidas por pobladores de la zona. Una de ellas se encuentra desaparecida y la otra ha perdido su ojo derecho como consecuencia de la brutal agresión.
Perú: Ha ocurrido en Perú, en donde un chico de 15 años, Luis Enrique, ha decidido suicidarse al no soportar más la humillación y acoso que su hermana le propinaba. La hermana le llamaba maricón e incluso le orinó encima.
Perú: El Perú había sido elegido hace unos meses como el país más homofóbico de América Latina gracias al congreso. Los congresistas vinculados a las Iglesias cristianas no dejaron de expresar sus algo descabellados argumentos. El parlamentario Julio Rosas, ex pastor evangélico, señaló que no es posible “estar incorporando algunas categorías que tergiversan nuestro ordenamiento jurídico” en alusión a la “orientación sexual” y “la identidad de género”.

Roma: Un joven gay se tira por la ventana de su instituto ante el acoso que sufria. En efecto, estamos ante un nuevo caso de bullying que ha llevado a un chico a una situación límite, tanto, que la única salida que ha encontrado ha sido intentar quitarse la vida.

Haití: El viernes último fueron brutalmente asesinados dos hombres gays durante una manifestación contra el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo coordinada por la Coalición de Organizaciones Religiosas y Morales de Haití.

Rusia: Grupos neonazis rusos, muchos de ellos integrados por gente muy joven, están sometiendo a malos tratos y en ocasiones secuestrando y torturando a adolescentes LGTB, para luego difundir las imágenes a través de redes sociales sin que las autoridades rusas parezcan por el momento preocupadas por intervenir.

Rusia: Un hombre ha sido asesinado a golpes a causa de su homosexualidad en el extremo oriente de Rusia. Tres individuos secuestraron y mataron al joven, al que luego quemaron, según el Comité de Investigación Rusia.

Rusia: Rusia institucionaliza la homofobia de estado: prohibido informar positivamente sobre homosexualidad. Pero sin duda serán los activistas LGTB rusos los más perjudicados, quedando en una situación de grave indefensión.
Liberia: ‘Dos hombres durmiendo juntos es una abominación y merecen morir’. El Gobierno del país, ha anunciado que no aprobará ningún proyecto de ley por los derechos de los homosexuales.
Zimbabwe: El presidente de Zimbabwe amenazó con decapitar homosexuales. Robert Mugabe, amenazó con «cortarles la cabeza» a los homosexuales, durante un mitin en un aeródromo y ante miles de partidarios. Anteriormente, Mugabe calificó la tolerancia hacia los homosexuales como «no natural» y «sucia». En enero pasado, en plena quiebra de su país, el presidente prometió «un infierno para los gays» si su partido ganaba las elecciones.
Estos actos de violencia son coléricamente repudiables en contra de la diversidad sexual. Cabe mencionar, que los crímenes de odio que se han visto y actos de homofobia, tienen un patrón, en algunos casos, fanático-religioso y que de momento, llegan a construirse como armas de violencia y asesinato.
Instamos a las autoridades de los diferentes países al dialogo profundo sobre las diversidades sexuales, a dejar los prejuicios y creencias a un lado, con la finalidad de reflexionar sobre el derecho que todo ser humano tiene implícito, con su propia vida.
Así mismo a los activistas de estos países afectados a no desmayar, porque de los activistas depende que en sus naciones, las próximas generaciones puedan vivir una vida plena, a la que lamentablemente esta generación, nos la arrebató.

Silueta X Association and its members strongly reject the recent events in different countries Worldwide. To the astonishment of those who make up civil society, it is impermissible acts occurred, and almost becoming a genocidal process, in some of them.
Guatemala: A few days ago, two members of the organization Friends of Santiago Atitlan – WAVES, a group of gay and trans community based in Santiago Atitlan, in the department of Solola, Guatemala, were attacked by residents of the area. One of them is missing and the other has lost his right eye as a result of the brutal attack.
Peru: Occurrence in Peru, where a 15 year old boy, Luis Enrique, has decided to commit suicide by not endure the humiliation and harassment propinaba her sister. The sister called him a fagot and even urinated on.

Liberia: ‘Two men sleeping together is an abomination and deserve to die’. The country’s government has announced it will not approve any bill for the rights of homosexuals.
Zimbabwe: Zimbabwe’s President threatened to behead homosexuals. Robert Mugabe has threatened to «cut off the head» homosexuals, during a rally at an aerodrome and in front of thousands of supporters. Earlier, Mugabe called tolerance towards homosexuals as «unnatural» and «dirty». Last January, during the collapse of his country, the president promised «hell for gays» if his party won the election.
These acts of violence are reprehensible angrily against sexual diversity. Worth mentioning that hate crimes that have been and homophobic acts, have a pattern, in some cases, religious fanatic who currently come to be constructed as weapons of violence and murder.
We urge the authorities of different countries to deep dialogue about sexual diversity, to let prejudices and beliefs aside, in order to reflect on the right that every human being has implied his own life.
Likewise the activists of these affected countries not to lose heart, because that depends activists in their nations that future generations can live a full life, which unfortunately this generation, we snatched.
