CARTA ABIERTA AL ALCALDE NEBOT

De nuestras consideraciones.
Nosotros los activistas y representantes de la comunidad GLBT de Guayaquil, vemos con amargura, más no con sorpresa, como Ud. una vez más acaba de hacer gala de su conocida HOMOFÒBIA, y su DESPRECIO por los más elementales derechos humanos de los ciudadanos y especialmente de los jóvenes de este `país
El manifiesto desprecio hacia los GLBTI que Ud. ha hecho pública y privadamente, no puede llevar a una agresión fascista de su Guardia Pretoriana de Municipales y menos a justificar y/o aplaudir que los jóvenes que participaron en el flasmobe- protesta, de conocimiento público, y que según Ud. “salieron de algún closet de la Prefectura, y se disfrazaron de hombres” sean agredidos salvajemente. Jóvenes y adultos que perfectamente podrían haber salido de algún CLOSET del Municipio y Ud. lo sabe perfectamente, y que están ahí precisamente por actitudes y declaraciones homofóbicas como esta .Pero NO por ello “merecen” ser apaleados, como en los “viejos tiempos”.
Es sorprendente también, que Ud. que dice abanderizar una ideología social y CRISTIANA y que se supone se caracteriza por el AMOR y la INCLUSION a sus semejantes, en su gestión municipal, haya tratado sistemáticamente, la de INVISIBILIZAR nuestros derechos como GLBTI, al NO autorizar, por ejemplo, por seis años consecutivos, nuestra solicitud de festejo público del ORGULLO GAY , celebrada mundialmente ,incluso con el apoyo de esos Municipios que respetan los derechos fundamentales, y que además, como política pública, se han “reservado los derechos de admisión “ contra los GLBTI en los espacios públicos, etc.
Y Sr. Alcalde precisamente, a estos jóvenes alegres, que protestan y/o impulsan sus ideales a través de formas creativas como el “flasmobe” se los debe respetar y tomar en cuenta, como la NUEVA forma de hacer política.
Sr. Nebot Si Ud. pretende seguir dirigiendo la política municipal de esta ciudad de Guayaquil, debería darse cuenta que esta urbe, ya no es la misma de la política del GARROTE de hace unas décadas, porque ahora, no solo necesitamos de una obra física pública (con la que pretende invisibilizar los derechos de las minorías) sino que necesitamos fundamentalmente, de una política de DERECHOS que INCLUYA A TODOS Y TODAS.

From our considerations .
We activists and representatives of the GLBT community in Guayaquil , we bitterly , but not surprised , as you once again just to show off his known homophobia, and his contempt for the most basic human rights of citizens and especially youth of this country. `
The manifest contempt for GLBTI you have done publicly and privately , can not lead to a fascist aggression of his Praetorian Guard Municipal and less to justify and / or applaud young people who participated in the flasmobe – protest, public knowledge , and according to you » came out of a closet Prefecture , and disguised themselves as men » are savagely attacked . POR QUE TANTAS INRREGULARIDADES EN MI PAIS EN LAS ENTREGAS DE PAQUETE SI EL SUELDO BASICO ES DE 350 DOLARES. Y EL VALOR DEL PAQUETE ES DE 150 POUND O SEA 200 DOLARES APROXIMADAMENTE. EN LA WEB DE UPS NO INFORMA NADA DE QUE NO SE PUEDE ENVIAR 10 KILOS A ECUADOR PUES LA MUJER DE RESECCION DE UPS EXPRES GUAYAQUIL ECUADOR CUANDO LA HE LLAMADO ME HA DICHO QUE EL PAQUETE ES SOSPECHOSO Y QUE LO ESTA HACIENDO REVISAR DE LA ADUANA, DESPUES ME HA DICHO QUE EL PAQUETE NO PUEDE SER LIVERADO POR QUE ES NO PERMITIDO ENVIAR CREMAS O ACEITES DE BEBE,Y MUCHAS INCUERENCIAS ME HA DICHO ESA MUJER EN EL TELEFONO. POR FAVOR SENOR ALCALDE QUE DEVO HACER YO QUIERO QUE LE ENTREGEN EL PAQUETE A MI HIJA MAYRA .
