¡Trans presentaron vídeo de supuesta discriminación!.
Las jóvenes transgéneros que supuestamente fueron despedidas de sus puestos de trabajo por ir vestidas como mujeres a la fiesta de Navidad de la empresa para la cual laboraban, en Quito, entregaron un vídeo de los acontecimientos ocurridos esa noche, en la Defensoría del Pueblo de Guayaquil.
La filmación presenta imágenes sobre lo que pasó entre las empleadas y el personal ejecutivo de mandos medios de la empresa.
En la grabación se ve cuando Zully (Juan Hernán García) y Briana (Jefferson Ramiro Bustamante) llegaron al evento y fueron impedidas de ingresar.
Era la primera vez que se presentaban vestidas con ropa de mujer, porque para laborar lo hacían como hombres y con los respectivos uniformes de la compañía Sweet & Coffee.
Zully y Briana trabajaban en la misma empresa, pero en diferentes sucursales. Ambas contaron que aquel día de la celebración decidieron ir juntas.
El vídeo muestra a las trans vestidas elegantemente y en el momento en que trataron de entrar se escucha una música de fondo y voces de las jóvenes, quienes pedían explicación a una ejecutiva de Sweet & Coffee del porqué no las dejaban entrar a la fiesta; y quién dio la orden de prohibirles el ingreso.
“PROHIBIDO PASAR”
En las imágenes aparece la ejecutiva preguntándole a una de las transgéneros: “¿Qué está haciendo aquí? ¡No puede pasar!”.
Por varias veces la misma señora interroga a García y a Bustamante sobre quiénes eran. “Lastimosamente no pueden pasar, es una falta de respeto para nosotros”, manifiesta la mujer.
“Puedo presentar una demanda”, contestó una de las jóvenes. “Haga lo que usted quiera. No nos van a dañar nuestra fiesta. Fui muy clara, usted firmó contrato como Hernán García, como señor”, replicó la ejecutiva.
“Sigo siendo Hernán García”, exclamó Zully.
En medio del impase se observa a un guardia de seguridad, quien también prohibió el paso a las trans.
NO LA DEJARON PASAR
El vídeo también contiene imágenes de lo que pasó cuando Zully se acercó a laborar el 28 de diciembre. Otra funcionaria de la compañía le informó que no podía dejarla entrar a su puesto de trabajo por disposición de la gerencia general. García deja en claro en la grabación que se presentó con su respectivo uniforme, pero no la dejaron ingresar.
“Reiteramos disculpas”
“Fuimos sorprendidos por las opiniones vertidas en el vídeo que ha sido presentado. Iniciaremos una investigación interna al respecto, pues no compartimos la forma en que fue manejada la situación en particular. La funcionaria ha sido amonestada y tomaremos los correctivos internos del caso. Reiteramos nuestras disculpas a quienes se sintieron afectados por esta polémica”, manifestaron los representantes de la empresa Sweet & Coffee, mediante un boletín de prensa enviado la mañana de ayer a varios medios de comunicación.

Trans showed video of alleged discrimination!

In the recording is when Zully ( Juan Hernán García ) and Briana ( Ramiro Bustamante Jefferson ) came to the event and were prevented from entering .
