De mi consideración:
En respuesta a su atento oficio de fecha 3 de enero de 2013, debo informar que la Coordinación General Defensorial No. 9 con sede en la ciudad de Quito, con fecha 7 de enero de 2014, mediante providencia de admisibilidad número 1701-170102-7-2014-000836-1, procedió a admitir el pedido realizado el 6 de enero de
2014 por Juan Hernán García Espineles y Jeferson Bustamante por presumir la existencia de hechos que afecten el derecho a la igualdad y no discriminación, lo cual fue legalmente notificado al señor Richard Peet Large, Gerente General de la Empresa Sweet and Coffe para que informe sobre los hechos denunciados, garantizando para las partes el derecho a la defensa y el debido proceso.
Por otra parte, debo informar que he requerido a la Delegación Provincial de Guayas, se me informe sobre el caso al que Usted hace referencia y que fuere presentado el 1 de diciembre de 2009, información que se la remitiré oportunamente.

In response to your letter dated attentive January 3, 2013, I must inform the Ombudsman General Coordination No. 9 located in the city of Quito, on January 7, 2014, in a ruling on admissibility number 1701-170102-7 -2014-000836-1 proceeded to support the order made on 6 January 2014 by Juan Hernán García longlines and Jeferson Bustamante for presuming the existence of facts that affect the right to equality and non-discrimination, which was legally notified Mr. Richard Peet Large, General Manager of the Company Sweet and Coffe to report on the allegations, ensuring the parties the right to defense and due process.
