Según Diane Rodriguez, el sitio publico un articulo «carente de veracidad»
La presidenta de la Asociación Silueta X, Diane Rodriguez, pidió al superintendente de Comunicación, Carlos Ochoa, que inicie un proceso de investigación en contra del portal http://www.planv.com.ec y del columnista Fermin Vaca, por la publicación de un articulo «carente de veracidad» sobre la reunión mantenida entre el Colectivo GLBTI y el Presidente de la República, Rafael Correa.

Reciba usted un cordial saludo de la Asociación Silueta X, organización de base creada el 12 de mayo del 2010 según acuerdo ministerial ·9989-MIES. Nuestra organización es sin fines de lucro cuya misión es la lucha por los derechos Humanos de las personas TILGB, Los derechos humanos, la salud sexual y reproductiva.
Dentro del marco regulatorio y orgánico de las leyes ecuatorianas, solicitamos gentilmente se inicie un proceso legal en contra del portal http://www.planv.com.ec quien ah tenido la permisibilidad de publicar un articulo carente de veracidad y desarrollado por el señor Fermin Vaca, a quien también se solicita a la superintendencia se le realicen las sanciones necesarias, si es pertinente, o la presentación de una queja legal por incitación al odio.
Dicho articulo fue publicado el 16 de diciembre del 2013, luego de la reunión Colectiva GLBTI, con el primer mandatario Econ. Rafael Correa. El articulo tiene un tinte amarillista. Transfobico y lesbofobico en todo el desarrollo del mismo. Adicional a esto, la mayoria de las personas que cita en dicha publicación, no fueron entrevistadas. Este furibundo articulo, no solo afecta a quienes menciona, sino a la comunidad GLBTI y al Gobierno.
Por tanto, dicha columna se sujeta a la suma completa de especulaciones que han sobrepasado el limite de la libertad de expresión en Ecuador, y que este portal a difundido.
La libertad de discriminación que ha tenido tanto el emisor como el publicador, violan el articulo 64 (contenido discriminatorio) y 65 (Prohibición) de la Ley de comunicación. Otro cuerpo legal vulnerado es la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, según el articulo 11 numeral 2 y la posible incitación al odio contenida en el código orgánico integral penal.
Agradecemos gentilmente se regule el proceso a través de su gestión. Recibiremos las notificaciones en la Asociación Silueta X, ubicadas el Córdoba 325 y Padre Aguirre, esquina en la ciudad de Guayaquil.
