Reciba usted un cordial saludo de la Asociación Silueta X, organización de Base creada el 12 de mayo del 2010 según acuerdo ministerial #9989-MIES. Nuestra organización es sin fines de lucro cuya misión es la lucha por los Derechos Humanos de las personas TILGB, Los Derechos humanos, la Salud sexual y reproductiva. Así mismo, conformamos parte del Observatorio GLBTI del Ecuador.

Por medio de la presente la Asociación Silueta X, pone en su conocimiento la siguiente denuncia que ha llegado a nuestras oficinas, la cual manifiesta a través de su declaración, la posible vulneración a los derechos humanos y/o civiles.

HECHOS: El domingo 2 de Marzo a las 12 de la noche, me encontraba en José Mascote y Luque denominada la pista cuando se acerca un carro estilo Sedan color gris con vidrios ahumados, se detiene un tipo alto de aproximadamente 1,75 de estatura, tez trigueña contextura normal y rasgos finos, primero se acerca donde una compañera trans preguntando por sus servicios y ella se niega a subir, y ante la negativa se acerca donde mi, fijamos precio y me fui con el después de avanzar unas cuadras a cumplir con los servicios sexuales pactados, el individuo no quiso pagar y me empezó a tratar mal insultándome de la manera más vil, a lo que le rogué me dejara bajar ya que estaba drogado y tomado y como no me hizo caso comenzó a gritar y en ese instante comenzó a golpearme. por más que quise defenderme y gritar nadie me escuchaba por que el carro tenia vidrios polarizados, me llevo atrás de la universidad laica, se bajo del carro primero a lo que yo me bajo me arrastro del cabello y empezó a patearme repitiéndome que me iba a matar y agrediéndome de forma verbal, se subió al carro y me arrollo, fruto de eso me fracturo dos costilla y el tabique de la nariz dejándome semiinconsciente, desnuda y abusada llegue arrastrándome hacia la calle principal donde paso un patrullero cogí un palito y lo alce para que me logren ver y ayudar en ese momento me llevaron al hospital donde me atendieron.

En este sentido, la Asociación Silueta X solicita gentilmente el accionar de la Defensoría del Pueblo en este caso, en la que se solicita la reparación del daño o perjuicio, a través cualquier acuerdo que la gestión eficaz y eficiente de los funcionarios de la defensoría del pueblo determinen pertinente.

In this sense, the Silueta X Association kindly requests the actions of the Ombudsman in this case, in which the loss or damage repair is requested, through any agreement that effective and efficient management of the staff of the ombudsman people determine relevance .
