Prefectura del Guayas Incluye laboralmente a una Transexual

La Asociación Silueta X tiene el agrado de comunicar que la Prefectura del Guayas a través de la Dirección de Jimmy Jairala, contrató a la primera empleada pública abiertamente transexual en dicha institución.

Se trata de la compañera Natasha Llerena Solís, oriunda del Triunfo quien en la actualidad ejerce sus funciones como Secretaria de Dirección.

Cabe recalcar que Natasha laboró en el “Gobierno Municipal Autónomo del cantón el Triunfo”, demostrando sus capacidades y por lo cual ha sido promovida a la Prefectura del Guayas.

La comunidad TILGB y en especial la población trans se siente complacida con este acto de inclusión social, que muestran la huella a seguir por parte de la prefectura al resto de instituciones del estado y por su puesto a la empresa privada.

Province of Guayas occupationally Includes a Transexual

Silueta X Association is pleased to announce that the Province of Guayas through the Directorate of Jimmy Jairala hired the first openly transgender public employee in the institution.
This is the companion Llerena Natasha Solis, Triumph native who currently performs his duties as Executive Assistant.

It should be noted that Natasha worked at the «Municipal Government Contract Canton Triumph», demonstrating their skills and thus has been promoted to the Guayas Province.

The TILGB community and especially the trans population is pleased with this act of social inclusion, showing the footprint to follow by the province to the other institutions of the state and of course private enterprise.
