David Reinoso: «no somos homofóbicos».
Colectivo GLBTI prepara una queja contra programas como «Vivos», «Mi Recinto», «La Pareja Feliz», «Los Compadritos» y «Así Pasa»
David Reinoso, creador de algunas comedias que se transmiten en la televisión ecuatoriana como «Vivos» o «La Pareja Feliz», se refirió a la denuncia que hará, precisamente en contra de esos programas, el colectivo Silueta X. Asimismo, expresó que no es racista, clasista ni homofóbico y señaló que el personaje que hace el papel de homosexual en una de sus producciones es querido por la gente e incluso por los propios gays.
«No sabía que iban a hacer una queja así, formal. Pero están en todo su derecho a protestar y así mismo nosotros estamos en todo nuestro derecho a refutar», puntualizó.
Ante la incomodidad de los colectivos GLBTI, montubios, afroecuatorianos e indígenas, quienes se sienten ofendidos por cómo los representan en dichos programas, aseveró que ha recibido más comentarios positivos que negativos en el tiempo que ha venido haciendo este trabajo.
«Yo hablo por mi trabajo, tanto en Pareja Feliz como lo que he realizado en Vivos. Personajes como Moti, que es el indiecito; el genio Matamba (afroecuatoriano), personajes que he realizado, más bien lo que han tenido es una acercación por el público y un cariño, más que todo», precisó.
Explicó que La Pareja Feliz es una especie de caricatura a lo que no se debe haber dentro de un matrimonio. «Y la sintonía es la que ha demostrado y es la que ha hecho que este producto permanezca al aire», indicó.
«Si hay acepación de parte del público, si hay sintonía, es por algo, porque a la gente le gusta», reiteró. Aseveró que las minorías deben ser respetadas, por lo que está dispuesto a tomar correctivos, siempre y cuando sepa en qué está fallando.
«Si yo voy a interpretar a un gay, ¿cómo lo hago? ¿varón? ¿O lo hago gay?», cuestionó ante una posible ridiculación y estigmatización que sentirían dichos colectivos a través de sus comedias.
«Ahora, las situaciones están a la orden del día. Esa ridiculización que ellos llaman es porque algunos se sienten ridículos. Pero en el caso específico de este grupo (…) -yo tengo muchos amigos en el medio que son gays, que son trans, que son lesbianas y le juro que ninguno de ellos me ha dicho que estoy por el camino equivocado- en el caso específico del que lidera Silueta X, el joven Rodríguez, me dice la gente del medio que él es uno de los que casi nunca nadie le para bola, porque él ha agarrado a todos, agarró a los negritos, agarró a los montubios (y otros, para hacerse el héroe)», manifestó.
Asimismo, se refirió al comentario -al que calificó de muy personal- de la semana pasada por parte del Defensor del Pueblo, en el que decía que no le gusta Pareja Feliz y los otros programas, además que le parece repugnante el tipo de realidad que muestran. «Es un criterio muy personal, pero de ahí al hecho de querer quitar un programa porque simplemente le parece a él nomás repugnante; creo que tanto las mayorías y las minorías tenemos derecho a que no nos quiten algo», dijo Reinoso.
«Para mí es una exageración, porque nosotros no somos homofóbicos, no somos clasistas, no somos racistas. Si fuera racista no trabajaría con un negrito al lado mío», agregó, refiriéndose a Mario Cabezas, ex candidato a asambleísta. «Él no se sentía ofendido. Los negritos son los que son racistas con los blancos, eso es lo que él me decía como negro», comentó.
Añadió que lleva años trabajando en ese ámbito y siempre ha cuidado de no ofender a las minorías. «Pero el hecho que se los represente y ya para ellos es una ofensa, entonces es como decir que son intocables», criticó.
Finalmente, comentó que hay una revista gay que sacó en su portada al actor que interpreta el papel de un homosexual. «Es aceptado, es querido por la gente y por los mismos gays», culminó.
