Expresiones cómicas entran en revisión

El Movimiento GLBTI, Mujeres, Afros, Montubios, Indígenas, etc. Está convencido de que los programas que hemos hablado públicamente, podrían haber realizado actos de comunicación que potencialmente lesionarían los derechos no solo de las poblaciones antes mencionadas, sino de todas y todos los ciudadanos del Ecuador.

La Defensoría del Pueblo, nos ha orientado sobre Fernando Pineda por sus propios derechos y lo que representa en su calidad de Presidente  Fundación Diverso Ecuador, el borrador que presentamos este Lunes 21 de abril del 2014, recibida por la Delegada Defensora Ab. María José Fernández antes de presentar la queja legal en la SUPERCOM (Se pretendía enviarla por correo ordinario).

Los consejos legales que hemos recibido, nos hace ser prudentes, minuciosos y rigurosos en la recolección de toda esta información antes de presentarla.

Por esta razón hemos decidido pedir los videos de los últimos seis meses de los distintos programas, para examinarlos detenidamente con psicólogos, sexólogos, antropólogos, abogados, e identificar con precisión, cuales son las expresiones sexistas, discriminatorias, violentas, en general aquellas que podrían violar la ley de comunicación, y que de encontrarse responsabilidad, será el señor superintendente quien imponga la resolución.

Esta es la forma en que vamos a proceder.
