Reciba usted un cordial saludo de la Asociación Silueta X, organización de Base creada el 12 de mayo del 2010 según acuerdo ministerial #9989-MIES. Nuestra organización es sin fines de lucro cuya misión es la lucha por los Derechos Humanos de las personas TILGB, Los Derechos humanos, la Salud sexual y reproductiva. Así mismo, conformamos parte del Observatorio GLBTI del Ecuador.
Por medio de la presente la Asociación Silueta X, pone en su conocimiento la siguiente denuncia que ha llegado a nuestras oficinas, la cual manifiesta a través de su declaración, la posible vulneración a los derechos humanos y/o civiles.

HECHOS:
Resulta que el día 18 de mayo del presente año a eso de las 8 de la noche me encontraba en el parque 12 de octubre (en BALZAR) en una reunión de amigos , cuando en un momento a otro el señor. interrumpe la reunión de manera abrupta y me comienza a agredir física y verbalmente diciéndome palabras como MARICON CONCHA DE TU MADRE TE VOY A MATAR a lo que yo procedo a defenderme diciendo que se cree el para gritarme e insultarme , a lo que él responde que por ser mi expareja él tiene derecho a tratarme como lo que soy una puta para este sujeto ya es una costumbre que cada vez que esta bebido me agrede es por esta razón que acudo a poner la denuncia puesto que no tengo tranquilidad pensando que este señor me busque problemas cada vez que le da la gana y temo que en cualquier momento me quiera hacer daño para lo cual solicito me concedan una boleta de auxilio para salvaguardar mi integridad física y psicológica
En este sentido, la Asociación Silueta X solicita gentilmente el accionar de su institucion en este caso, en la que se solicita la reparación del daño o perjuicio, a través cualquier acuerdo que la gestión eficaz y eficiente de los funcionarios de la defensoría del pueblo determinen pertinente.

Adjunto que el señor DIEGO ZAMBRANO MACIAS en un claro intento por perjudicarme a realizado los trámites pertinentes para que me saquen una boleta de citación (CONTRADENUNCIA)
