De mis consideraciones:

Por medio de la presente la Asociación Silueta X, pone en su conocimiento la siguiente denuncia que ha llegado a nuestras oficinas, la cual manifiesta a través de su declaración, la posible vulneración a los derechos humanos y/o civiles:

Declaro lo siguiente

HECHOS:

Resulta que el día de hoy, viernes 20 de junio de 2014 en la ciudad de Guayaquil – Ecuador, caminaba tranquilamente  dentro del malecón 2000  por las calles  olmedo y malecón  cuando dos guardias de seguridad del patio de comidas comenzaron a llamarme, acosarme y molestarme  en ese momento no les hice caso así que continúe caminando, después de un rato me dio urgencia de ir al baño así que tuve que pasar por donde estaban ellos  los cuales siguieron con su acoso y a hacerme bullying  ya estando dentro del baño  al salir de la cabina donde está el servicio higiénico me encuentro con la sorpresa de  que uno de estos sujetos estaba dentro del baño , a lo que procedí  decirle …. Este no es el baño de mujeres?   El me respondió que si  a lo que yo le pregunte  entonces que hacia el allí,  el tipo haciéndose el tonto cogió el trapeador  según el haciéndome creer que era alguien de limpieza al sentirme acosada  y ya que los 2 tipos querían ingresar nuevamente al baño de mujeres  procedí a llamar al 911 a las 7:11 (Registro que puede consultarse en el ECU 911) al comunicarme  con emergencias les explique lo que estaba  pasando  mientras hablaba con el operador la señal se me fue  y  entro una señora  los del 911 me llamaron  y les explique que los tipos me estaban esperando afuera  lo confirme al preguntarle a la señora si 2 guardias estaban allí a lo que ella me dijo que estaban afuera en la puerta, yo no quería salir  por temor a  que me hicieran algo  así que volví llamar al 911  y uno de estos tipos  volvió a entrar al baño con una sonrisa burlona  y revisando su teléfono celular me dice mira y me enseña un vídeo pornográfico dejándome saber cuáles eran sus intenciones  a lo cual comencé a insultarlo porque según el  parte de su trabajo es ingresar a los baños a ver si todo está en orden, y el vídeo pornográfico dónde queda?  Ósea que su trabajo es entrar al baño de mujeres y enseñarles vídeos pornográficos  a las chicas  que están en su interior, este tipo es un depravado un enfermo a los pocos minutos llego la policía  y comenzó el careo con  los dos guardias de seguridad.

En este sentido, la Asociación Silueta X solicita gentilmente el accionar de la Defensoría del Pueblo en este caso contra los guardias del malecón 2000, en la que se solicita la reparación del daño o perjuicio, a través cualquier acuerdo que la gestión eficaz y eficiente de los funcionarios de la defensoría del pueblo determinen pertinente.

He told me that if I asked then to the there, the guy playing the fool took the mop according to making me believe it was someone from housekeeping to feel harassed and because 2 guys wanted to enter the women’s bathroom again I proceeded to call 911 at 7:11 (Registration which is available on the ECU 911) to communicate with emergency explain them what was going on while talking to the operator the signal was me and a lady entered the 911 called and explain to them that the guys were waiting outside when asked to confirm the lady if two guards were there to what she told me they were outside the door, I would not go out for fear that I would do something so I returned call 911 and one of these guys went back into the bathroom with a smirk and checking his cell phone tells me look and shows me a pornographic video letting me know what his intentions were to thus began to insult him because depending on the part of their job is to enter to the toilets to see if everything is in order, and pornographic video where it is? Marrow that your job is to go to the ladies room and teach the girls pornographic videos that are inside, this guy is a sick depraved within minutes the police arrived and began the confrontation with the two security guards.

In this sense, the Silueta X Association kindly requests the actions of the Ombudsman in this case against the guards of jetty 2000, in which the loss or damage repair is requested, through any agreement that effective and efficient management of officials determine relevant ombudsman.
