Presidente Correa no podrá asistir a marcha por el Orgullo Gay en Guayaquil.

El Presidente de la República, Rafael Correa Delgado, no podrá asistir a la marcha por el Orgullo Gay que se realizara el aproximo 28 de junio en Guayaquil. Compromisos previamente adquiridos son la razón de su inasistencia, informa un comunicado de la Presidencia.

El comunicado se produce en su integridad, fechado 16 de junio de 2014:

Agradezco la gentil invitación en este despacho el 10 de junio del 2014, dirigida al señor presidente constitucional de la República Rafael Correa Delgado, para que asista al día del Orgullo y Diversidad sexual 2014, a realizarse el 28 de junio del Presente año en Guayaquil.

Lamentablemente, compromisos previamente establecidos en la agenda presidencial, impiden al primer mandatario asistir a tan importante evento, como habría sido su deseo, por lo que expreso a usted las debidas excusas y auguramos éxitos en el desarrollo del mismo.
