Es lamentable la aceptación de las uniones de hecho, dice monseñor Antonio Arregui.

De “lamentable” calificó el monseñor,  Antonio Arregui, la resolución del Registro Civil que  permite registrar en la cédula de identidad 
la ‘unión de hecho’.

“Todo lo que sea ir a un reconocimiento de la unión de  personas del mismo sexo (…). Viene a ser una distorsión de la columna misma de la sociedad que viene constituida por la familia”, precisó Arregui.


 La ‘unión de hecho’ para las parejas del mismo sexo podrá ser reconocida en el Registro Civil y por lo tanto constará en la cédula de identidad desde el próximo 15 de septiembre.

La resolución 0174 aclara que la ‘unión de hecho’ no es un nuevo estado civil, es decir, será un dato complementario a la información sobre si la persona es soltera, casada, divorciada o viuda.
