Silueta X denuncia delito de odio tras la muerte de un compañero gay.
La Asociación Silueta X, que reúne a transexuales, intersexuales, lesbianas, gays y bisexuales, emitió un comunicado en rechazo al asesinato de Iván Z., integrante gay de la comunidad TILGB.
Hace 2 semanas, sus familiares lo reportaron como desaparecido a través de las redes sociales. Sin embargo, el pasado 4 de septiembre se encontró el cuerpo sin vida de Iván con signos de haber sido torturado.
El pasado 17 de febrero también se conoció el asesinato y tortura con un pico de botella de una mujer trans. En 2014, 5 personas de la comunidad TILGB han sido asesinadas, entre ellas, 4 transfemeninas y un hombre gay.
El comunicado de la organización afirma que la comunidad TILGB está alarmada por este tipo de hechos que “evidencian el terrible odio y fobia en Ecuador”.
