Activista GLBTI denuncia amenazas de muerte en su contra.
Las intimidaciones ya fueron puestas en conocimiento de la autoridad correspondiente.
Diane Rodriguez, integrante de la agrupación Silueta X y defensora de los derechos de la comunidad GLBTI ecuatoriana, denuncio que ha recibido amenazas de muerte. Según Rodriguez, ha recibido mensajes en lo que le indican que la siguen desde hace varios días, incluso, le relatan como sera su muerte.
En un comunicado de prensa, se informa que el 18 de agosto y el 30 de septiembre del 2014, las oficinas de la Asociación Silueta X, en la ciudad de Guayaquil, fueron visitadas por cuatro sujetos, quienes de forma amenazantes, habrían exigido entrevistarse con Diane Rodriguez; uno de ellos habría estado armado.
«Al no encontrarse dijeron que debían arreglar cuentas personales con ella, y que la buscarían para tal resolución. Esta circunstancia fue denunciada en la Fiscalia del Guayas para que procedan a las investigaciones por parte del personal de la organización, quien recibió a los individuos», indica el comunicado.
Se relata ademas que el pasado 20 de Octubre, Rodriguez decidió salir temprano de las oficinas de la Asociacion Silueta X en Guayaquil, debido que el flujo del Internet había sido afectado por arreglos urbanos del sector.
«A las 17:43 de la tarde, hora en que usualmente sale de las oficinas, recibió un mensaje que revelaba la forma siniestra en que la han estado siguiendo y la descripción macabra de mutilar sus partes intimas, evidenciando un profundo odio hacia su personas y defensa por los derechos humanos de las poblaciones GLBTI. Dicha situación fue denunciada en la fiscalia por la propia afectada».
Por lo tanto, los conectivos GLBTI exigen a ñas autoridades ecuatorianas a realizar una investigación inmediata, exhaustiva e imparcial en torno a los hechos con el fin de identificar a los responsables, ademas de proporcionar protección para Diane Rodriguez, sus familiares y equipo de trabajo.
De su lado, Rodriguez, a través de sus cuentas en las redes sociales, indico que «se que si la defensa TILGB a través de Silueta X, ha provocado que me vea en esta situación, es porque indiscutiblemente se ha logrado cosas que pocos pudieron imaginar».
«Urbanamente sabemos que cuando mueves pasiones es porque estas logrando tus metas, y lo se. Inicialmente no quería creerlo porque me parecía algo ridículo que una situación así ocurriera», dijo.
A pesar de las amenazas, continuara en su lucha por la defensa de las poblaciones TILGB, «tomando las seguridades con los pocos recurso que tengo y pidiendo ayuda y a quienes tenga a mi alcance».
