El objetivo del Encuentro Internacional ICA – LGBTI es el relacionamiento directo entre organizaciones, movimientos, independientes y defensores LGBTI, con el fin de construir múltiples tejidos y articulaciones sociales, políticas, culturales y jurídicas, logrando la co-creación de un espacio permanente de intercambio, integración y colaboración.
