Discrimen y asesinatos en informe de GLBTI

De las 35 denuncias formales recibidas el 2014 en el Comité de Vigilancia en Justicia y Derechos Humanos para el Buen Vivir de la comunidad de Gays, Lesbianas, Bisexuales y Transexuales e Intersexuales (GLBTI), el 40% son por discriminación y el 14% por asesinato.

Diane Rodríguez, representante de Silueta X, ayer presentó un informe en el que constan las querellas legales y las buenas prácticas sobre el acceso a la justicia y derechos humanos para el buen vivir GLBTI.

Las uniones de hecho o los centros inclusivos que ha desarrollado el Ministerio de Salud Pública están encasillados en la segunda categoría.

Con el Ministerio de Relaciones Laborales esperan tener un “trato más cercano” y del Ministerio del Interior quieren respuestas por los asesinatos.

Respecto del Plan Familia que promueve el Gobierno, no está “ni a favor ni en contra”, pero pide revisar una pequeña cita que muestra “una confusión entre sexo y género”.

Discrimination and killings GLBTI report

Of the 35 formal complaints received in 2014 in the SC on Justice and Human Rights for Good Living Community Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI), 40% are of discrimination and 14% by murder.

Diane Rodriguez, representative of Silueta X, yesterday presented a report which sets out the legal disputes and good practices on access to justice and human rights for LGBTI good living.

Domestic partnerships or inclusive settings developed by the Ministry of Health are boxed into the second category.

With the Ministry of Labour Relations expect to have a «Intimacy» and the Ministry of Interior want answers for the killings.

Regarding the Family Plan promoted by the Government, is «neither for nor against» but asked to review a little quote that shows «a confusion between sex and gender».
