Silueta X acude al Registro Civil para solicitar aclaración de la unión de hecho como estado civil.

Miembros de esta organización piden a esta institución del estado que emita un comunicado aclaratorio.

Durante la mañana de este miércoles, en las instituciones del Registro civil en Guayaquil, acudió la representante de la Fundación Silueta X, Diane Rodriguez, con la finalidad de solicitar una aclaración en torno al tema de la unión de hecho.

Diane Rodriguez manifestó que «claro, exactamente, entonces indiscutiblemente el Registro civil es el que esta invitado a difundir un comunicado aclaratorio donde diga si es un estado civil. Es mandato constitucional, la constitución en el articulo numero 78 dice claramente que la unión de hecho generara los mismos derechos que el matrimonio, no hay que darle vueltas al asunto».

«Esto es importante para evitar todas estas tergiversaciones, tiene que emitirse un comunicado claro por parte del director Nacional del Registro Civil, diciendo que deberían invitarles a ellos, al director Nacional del Registro civil a que emita este comunicado», añadió.

Según Radio Sonorama, la activista de Silueta X indico que así la ley lo contempla, por lo tanto espera la predisposición de las autoridades del Registro Civil para que en las próximas horas den una versión favorable en torno a la solicitud que esta realizando este colectivo.
