Anciano Denunciado dijo que fue golpeado en un Mercado de Guayaquil.

Un adulto mayor, quien se gana la vida cargando bultos en un mercado de Guayaquil, fue denunciado por presuntamente atentar contra el pudor de dos menores de edad.

El implicado dijo que fue golpeado por el administrador del centro de abastos y por un guardia de seguridad del lugar. Su hija transexual solicito ayuda a la defensoria del pueblo y Derechos Humanos, por que cree en la inocencia de su padre, quien esta enfermo.

El 6 de noviembre pasado, Jorge García, de 68 años, denuncio en la fiscalia que la agresión ocurrió mientras estaba sentado en el mercado de transferencia de víveres, ubicado en Abel Castillo y Gomez Rendon, en el oeste de la Ciudad.

Añadió que recibió golpes en la cabeza y nuca, luego fue llevado a una oficina y posteriormente entregado a unos policías, por presuntamente haber atentado contra dos menores de edad, pero cuando apareció la abuela e las niñas, comenta el anciano, dijo que se trataba de una equivocación, por lo que enseguida fue liberado.
