Se soluciona caso de Transmasculino del Colegio Cotopaxi

Luego del apoyo de la Defensoría del Pueblo y la pre-dispósición de la Dirección Distrital de Educación sobre el caso del Joven transmasculino que no se le permitía ir al colegio con uniforme masculino, ser tratado en género masculino y usar el baño de varones, se firma el acta de comparecencia voluntaria y acuerdo Reparatorio N5870-2015, que recogía las peticiones del joven afectado.

Este caso encontró una rápida solución a la situación planteada. Aplaudimos los tiempos de la autoridades tanto de la Dirección distrital de Educación, El colegio y por su puesto la mediación oportuna y eficiente de la Defensoría del Pueblo, delegación Guayaquil.
