GLBTI defienden uniones de hecho.

La unión de hecho no constará como dato complementario en la cédula sino como un tipo de estado civil, afirmó la presidenta del colectivo Silueta X, Diane Rodríguez, a doce días de que arranque un proceso que permitirá la inscripción de las parejas del mismo sexo.

Rodríguez, un activista transexual, anunció ayer que la Dirección General de Registro Civil elabora un reglamento procesal a la Resolución 0174 que “aclarará” dicho particular.

Admitió que no conocía su contenido, pero aseguró que así fue informada durante reuniones con el director general de la institución, Jorge Troya.

La resolución, promulgada el pasado 22 de agosto, crea un “registro especial de uniones de hecho” y deroga una prohibición que existía en el sistema.

Además establece que “el servicio (es decir, la inscripción de dichas uniones en el Registro Civil) se prestará desde el 15 de septiembre del 2014”.

“La resolución no dice que será un dato complementario; eso se suscitó en las redes sociales”, indicó Rodríguez, cuando refirió que la entidad estatal elaboraba un reglamento procesal.

Sin embargo, la Resolución 0174 dispone en su artículo 2 “registrar la uniones de hecho como un dato complementario del estado civil”.

El propio colectivo Silueta X subrayó este apartado en un boletín que remitió, la semana pasada, para informar sobre la decisión del Registro Civil, y en el cual adjuntó imágenes sobre la nueva disposición.

El grupo Matrimonio Civil Igualitario ha advertido que el término “dato complementario” no existe en la ley.

Una de sus integrantes, Pamela Troya, remarcó que legalmente solo existen cuatro estados civiles: soltero, casado, divorciado y viudo.

Opinó que la disposición del Registro Civil inventó un término y que habrá complicaciones en su aplicación.
