El Observatorio para el Sumak Kawsay del Ecuador a través de la Federación Ecuatoriana de Organizaciones LGBTI ha recibido el siguiente caso, el cual ponemos en su conocimiento.-
- El día Viernes 29 de Abril del 2016 la Señorita Anahí Vanessa Salazar Palio con cedula de identidad 180337354-5, ingresa al bar Woodstock la boom, Bar Rocker, ubicado en el barrio obrero calle Loja y Tungurahua de la ciudad de puyo-Pastaza donde se encontraba a prueba, al culminar la jornada siendo ya la madrugada del día sábado 30 de abril a las 02:00 de la mañana cuando pretendía retirarse, el administrador del bar quien además es Sargento en el Fuerte Militar Amazonas de Shell le brinda una bebida la cual por compromiso lo acepta y luego de eso se siente mareada y pierde el conocimiento, a las 10 de la mañana se despierta en el segundo piso de la misma instalación del mencionado bar junto a su agresor, en ese mismo instante toma fotos del lugar. Ella logra salir con mareos y vómito, y se dirige a su casa pretendiendo sobrellevar la situación, al continuar con el vómito y mareos decide llamar a una amiga y a su novia para que le lleven al hospital, es ahí donde le comenta a medico de turno que ha sido drogada y abusada sexualmente, la misma llama a dos policía quienes toman su declaración. Es dada de alta el día domingo 01 de mayo del 2016 a las 10 de la mañana, se retira a su casa y decide acabar ella mismo con su sufrimiento y se quita la vida después de haber sido violada, decisión fatal producto del estrés postraumático, la angustia y la depresión que sufría y que había desarrollado luego de ser abusada, síntomas que le obligan a tomar esta decisión. Pero la victima antes de suicidarse por medio de las redes sociales, video y a través de sus últimas palabras y su última voluntad deja impreso con su puño y letra en unas hojas de cuaderno narra cómo fue violada por este sujeto ya que ella se despierta al momento que este sujeto la está penetrando pero ella no podía mover sus brazos ni piernas. Cabe mencionar que de parte del Hospital General Puyo donde estuvo internada no le prestan ayuda psicológica, porque la psicóloga solo trabaja de lunes a viernes. Luego del terrible hecho la madre de la víctima la señora Ivonne de las Mercedes Palio Salazar en calidad de madre de la victima de este delito de violación hace la respectiva denuncia por violación en contra del señor quien hasta la actualidad se encuentra libre y como si nada. Las evidencias como es un video y carta, mensajes reposan en la policía judicial. No esta demás decir que la víctima era lesbiana conocida y aceptada por sus amistades y familia, no como el violador presume hacer creer calumniando que fue por decisión consensuada, además este sujeto homofóbico sabia como todos la inclinación sexual de nuestra amiga. No olvidemos el caso de Gaby Díaz que causo conmoción y es similar al caso que se investiga. Nota: No nos dan copias de la denuncia por que dice la fiscalía que está en proceso de investigación ya son tres meses y nueve días la muerte de Anahí Salazar. - Solicitamos a la Fiscalía General del Estado a mantener especial atención al caso presente por tratarse de un hecho con evidencias vinculantes, aparentemente. A la Defensoría del Pueblo a realizar las acciones necesarias para la “Vigilancia del debido proceso”. Este acto no puede quedar en la impunidad, PEDIMOS JUSTICIA!

The Observatory for the Sumak Kawsay of Ecuador by the Ecuadorian Federation of LGBTI Organizations has received the following case, which we hereby knowledge.-
A) On Friday 29 April 2016 Anahí Miss Vanessa Salazar Palio with 180337354-5 identity card, enters the bar Woodstock the boom, Rocker Bar, located in the working class neighborhood street Loja and Tungurahua city of Puyo Pastaza where he was tested, to finish the day and being early on Saturday April 30 at 02:00 in the morning when he tried to leave, the bar manager who is also a sergeant in the Amazonas Military Fort Shell provides a drink which for commitment accepts it and after that feel dizzy and lose consciousness, at 10 in the morning you wake up on the second floor of the same installation of said bar with his assailant, at that moment taking pictures of place. She gets out with dizziness and vomiting, and goes to her house pretending to cope, with continued vomiting and dizziness decides to call a friend and his girlfriend for a ride to the hospital, that’s where she tells ringside doctor who has been drugged and sexually abused, it calls two police who take their statement. It is discharged on Sunday May 1, 2016 at 10 am, retires to his home and decides to end it himself with his suffering and life after being raped is removed, fatal decision result of post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression and had suffered after being abused developed symptoms that force you to make this decision. Mr. Bruno Iza who until today is free and like nothing. Evidence such as a video and letter, messages rest in the judicial police. Not without saying that the victim was a lesbian known and accepted by their friends and family, not the rapist slandering presumed to believe that it was decided by consensus, besides this homophobic subject wise as all the sexual orientation of our friend. Let us not forget the case of Gaby Diaz that caused shock and is similar to the case under investigation. Note: Do not give us copies of the complaint by saying the prosecution is under investigation are now three months and nine days Anahi Salazar’s death. B) We ask the Attorney General’s Office to maintain special attention to this case because it is a fact binding, apparently evidence. In the Ombudsman to take the actions necessary for the «Monitoring of due process.» This act can not go unpunished, ask for justice!
