La Asociación Silueta X, organización de bases comunitarias sin fines de lucro constituida legalmente el 12 de mayo del 2010 y miembra de la Comunidad Ecuatoriana de Organizaciones Tilgb (CIOTI) , pone en su conocimiento la presente “Queja Legal”, denunciada en nuestras instalaciones. Solicitamos, gentilmente se le de el proceso adecuado ante un posible acto de estigma o discriminación en derechos humanos.

Yo,SILVA ARECHUA RONALD FERNANDO, con cedula #0927775783, de ciudadanía ecuatoriana, denuncio:

HECHOS
Hace un mes atrás, por el sector de la piscina olímpica se encuentra ubicado un UPC, en la cual hay unos policías que nos agredieron física y verbalmente, por el simple hecho de trabajar de las calles y acusándome de ladrona me pegaron, me hicieron cortar la mano, me empujaron me daban cachetadas, me arrancaron la cartera y me sacaron mis partencias. Para justificar su violación a mis derechos me pusieron droga y a la fuerza me treparon al carro y me llevaron al UPC antes mencionado, donde procedieron a continuar agrediéndome, insultandome a la madre a decirme, “maricon hijo de puta”, “maricon chucha de tu madre”, y yo les decía que por favor me dejen de insultar, y ellos me dijeron que me calle la boca “chucha”, me patearon y me caí y me corte el dedo con una puerta de vidrio del UPC, como que si yo fuera un antisocial me tomaron fotos, tal vez para ensuciar mi nombre, y quiero poner en claro, que esto ya no debe suceder mas y esto es muy constante que sucede en frecuencia con algunas compañeras ya que nos corretean y nos botan de la calle, y estos señores tienen la costumbre de agredir por cada día a una compañera diferente, espero mis palabras, sean escuchadas

En este caso solicito a la Defensoría del Pueblo, se haga presente ante este acto de discriminación, y de violencia física y verbal, de la cual yo fui víctima, teniendo en cuenta que estas personas deben de saber que existen leyes y derechos que nos amparan tales como el Art. 11 Inc. 2. Solicito gentilmente a la Policía Nacional, me otorgue una disculpa física y pública, y que me dejen trabajar sexualmente tranquila, indicando claramente que el trabajo sexual, no se encuentra tipificado como delito penal. Sin embargo, quisiera quetengan en cuenta que esto no va restaurar el daño moral causado.

We request you kindly to the proper process for a possible act of stigma or discrimination in human rights.

I, RONALD SILVA FERNANDO ARECHUA with identification card # 0927775783, Ecuadorian citizenship, denounced:

FACTS

In this case ask the Ombudsman, is made present before this act of discrimination, and physical and verbal violence, of which I was a victim, considering that these people should know that there are laws and rights that protect us such as Art.11 Inc. 2. Kindly request the National Police, grant me physically and public apology, and let me work sexually quiet, clearly indicating that sex work is not a criminal offense.
