¡Solo dos parejas se dieron el «piquito»!

Por tercer año consecutivo se realizo el llamado «beso publico» para exigir la igualdad de derecho de los homosexuales, bisexuales y transgenero.

Quienes acudieron la tarde de ayer a la Plaza San Francisco, en las calles Pedro Carbo y 9 de Octubre, se quedaron con las ganas de ver mas que un beso entre los activistas GLBTI (Gays, Lesbianas, Bisexuales, Transexuales e Intersexuales).

Solo fue un «piquito» entre dos parejas y los pocos curiosos que observaron el acto como parte de la conmemoración por el Dia Internacional contra la Homofobia, que se celebra cada 17 de mayo, no comprendía la muestra de afecto entre los «novios».

La Asociación Silueta X junto a otras agrupaciones como: Atea del Ecuador, La Juventud comunista del Ecuador, Grupo Lesbico Safo, convocaron a activistas GLBTI para celebrar por tercer año consecutivo el denominado «Beso Publico».

La Cita fue a las 18:00, pero el evento inicio aproximadamente 20 minutos después. Durante el tiempo de espera para que arribaran las parejas, los activistas aprovecharon para explicar al publico el motivo del beso, también exigían la igualdad de derechos de los homosexuales, bisexuales y transgeneros.

Aunque solo fueron dos las parejas que se dieron el besito, el resto observaba atento la demostración de amor de los valientes que se atrevieron a demostrar su amor en publico.

Pese a que se hizo un llamado al evento hubo poca asistencia. No pasaban de 30 las personas que se unieron en este «acto Simbólico».

Los asistentes mostraron carteles de rechazo a los que consideran practicas homofobicas «Yo beso por un Ecuador sin Homofobia» escribieron en una de las pancartas exhibidas.
