Reciba usted un cordial saludo de la Asociación Silueta X, organización de Base creada el 12 de mayo del 2010 según acuerdo ministerial #9989-MIES. Nuestra organización es sin fines de lucro cuya misión es la lucha por los Derechos Humanos de las personas TILGB, Los Derechos humanos, la Salud sexual y reproductiva. Así mismo, conformamos parte del Observatorio GLBTI del Ecuador.

Por medio de la presente la Asociación Silueta X, pone en su conocimiento la siguiente denuncia que ha llegado a nuestras oficinas, la cual manifiesta a través de su declaración, la posible vulneración a los derechos humanos y/o civiles.

Declaro lo siguiente

HECHOS:

Resulta que yo laboraba desde hace 32años en la peluquería “ALEX FASHION HAIR” ubicada en la CDLA. Panorama (Duran) cuya dueña es la Sra. Johanna Andrade guillen.

Entre a laborar en junio del 2012 en dicho lugar cumpliendo un año 3 meses en septiembre del 2013, la Sra. antes mencionada me boto del local inesperadamente sin liquidación de ningún tipo por el tiempo laborado, además durante este tiempo solo estuve afiliada al INSTITUTO ECUATORIANO DE SEGURIDA SOCIAL 3 MESES.

Tiempo después me volvió a llamar para que laborara otra vez en dicho local en el mes de marzo del 2014 y resulta que el día jueves 28 de mayo del 2014 dicha Sra. Me hizo limpiar toda la peluquería ya cuando culmine el local dicha Sra. Me acuso de haberme robado 23 tubos de tintes, yo le dije que era incapaz de robarme algo, en los dos años laborados en su local, esta señora me acusa porque yo realice mi fiesta de cumpleaños el día 24 de mayo del presente año y ella me escusa diciendo que yo realice mi fiesta con el dinero de dichos tintes, entonces yo le dije que realizáramos un inventario para que vea que yo no me he robado nada , lo cual se negó , le dije que iba a ir a la organización SILUETA X e iba a traerle la `policía para que haga una investigación entonces esta señora me dijo tu no vas hacer quedar mal a mi peluquería y tampoco vas a formar un problema ya que a mí no me gustan los escándalos entonces procedió a agarrarme del brazo derecho lastimándomelo entonces yo exclame si yo me hubiese robado los tintes no tendría que por que hacer problemas, entonces me dijo que no me pagaría y me dijo “ ven acá maricon cara de verga por mi trabajas porque por la enfermedad que tú tienes en

ninguna peluquería te dan trabajo agradece que te tengo aquí procedió a empujarme y me tiro mi secadora y le dije que me diera mi máquina y no me la quiso dar y me dijo que me iba a meter presa. Aparte quiero denunciar el trato inhumano que he venido recibiendo durante este tiempo como hacerme trabajar horas extras y no reconocérmelas y hacerme comer en el baño, el cobro de multas sin justificación y muchas humillaciones.

En este sentido, la Asociación Silueta X solicita gentilmente el accionar de la Defensoría del Pueblo en este caso, en la que se solicita la reparación del daño o perjuicio, a través cualquier acuerdo que la gestión eficaz y eficiente de los funcionarios de la defensoría del pueblo determinen pertinente.

Turns out I was working for the last 32years in hairdressing » ALEX FASHION HAIR » located in the CDLA . Panorama ( Duran) whose owner is Mrs. Johanna Andrade Guillen .

Login to work in June 2012 on that site serving a year 3 months in September 2013 , the aforementioned Ms. local boto me unexpectedly without liquidation of any kind for the time worked , also during this time I was only affiliated INSTITUTE OF ECUADOR 3 MONTHS OF SOCIAL Segurida .
