De mis consideraciones:

El motivo de la presente es, agradecerle públicamente la invitación al Relevo de Guardia Presidencial, realizado el lunes 27 de mayo del 2013, en el Palacio de Carondelet.

Pocos activistas tenemos la oportunidad de compartir un acto cívico de tan elevada importancia, como el antes mencionado. Por tanto, esta invitación fue muy significativa para mí, así como para las poblaciones GLBTI en general.

Consecuentemente en la diligencia de esta misiva, oficializo la solicitud de una reunión de trabajo o dialogo, sobre ciertos puntos de la Reforma a la Ley del Registro Civil, en materia de Identidad de Género, que han generado desinformación en el campo mediático; la cual expresé verbalmente ante usted, y fue aceptada amablemente, pese a su apretada agenda.

Reitero nuestro reconocimiento al Gobierno de la Revolución Ciudadana, en los avances relacionados a los derechos humanos de poblaciones GLBTI, con énfasis en un dialogo cercano y consensuado, que aspiro, dé como resultado una construcción participativa en favor de las poblaciones vulnerables.

Por su atención y ayuda anticipo mis agradecimientos.

From my observations:

The reason for this is, the invitation to publicly thank Relay Presidential Guard, conducted on Monday, May 27, 2013, at the Palacio de Carondelet.

Few activists have the opportunity to share a civic event of such great importance, such as the above. Therefore, this invitation was very significant for me, and for GLBTI populations in general.

Result in the taking of this letter, official the request for a meeting or dialogue, on certain points of the Reformation to the Civil Registry Law, regarding gender identity, generating misinformation in the media field, which verbally expressed to you, and was accepted graciously, despite his busy schedule.

Reiterate our appreciation to the Government of the Citizen Revolution in progress related to the human rights of LGBTI populations, with emphasis on a close dialogue and consensus, I aspire, results in a participatory construction in favor of vulnerable populations.
